Noah Ritter, the cute and funny five-year-old kid from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania who “apparently” stole the show with his interview at the Wayne County Fair, has once again returned as a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (previously). This time around, Ellen sends Ritter to the 2014 State Fair of Texas to have fun, make new friends, and say hilarious things.
Apparently, it was a lot of fun.
