An Interview With a Canadian Inventor Attempting to Create Clean Energy Using Artificial Tornadoes

The Atlantic traveled to Sarnia, Ontario to speak with Louis Michaud, the inventor behind the Atmospheric Vortex Engine, which creates controlled tornadoes in an attempt to develop an environmentally friendly energy source.

A large hurricane produces more energy than all of the energy that we produce in a year, so if we could produce a number of small tornadoes effectively, we could produce all of our energy without producing any greenhouse gas.
