AltspaceVR gives a demonstration of how to play their virtual reality version of Dungeons & Dragons. The AltspaceVR version of the game mimics the tabletop experience of playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, allowing users to manipulate figures on a grid, roll virtual dice, and share images of things like the monsters the players are battling.
The advantage to the virtual reality setting is that players from anywhere in the world can come together in a digital space.
