The most interesting part for me about water as it all looks the same. Obviously we have different shapes right now here, but it’s all h2o so it’s all clear but still there’s a huge taste profile to it. You can taste the tarot of the different regions of water. …For me introducing myself as a water sommelier, I hear only in L.A. I’ve heard this so many times now. Only in L.A. when they would know that I did this in Berlin as well for ten years ago already.
