Madrid-based food site Verdematcha has created a tonic water-flavored popsicle that glows in black light. Interestingly, the fluorescent ingredient in the popsicle is the very ingredient that makes tonic bitter–quinine. Verdematcha has posted a recipe for glowing tonic water popsicles on their site.
