A Man Films Himself as Rescuers Use the Jaws of Life to Extract Him From a Car After a Crash

Sheet metal worker Andrew MacDonald pulled out his phone and began filming himself as a rescue crew employed the Jaws of Life to extract him from a car crash in Duncan, British Columbia. MacDonald is in surprisingly good spirits as the equipment goes to work just behind his head. The crash occurred after he blacked out behind the wheel. He is recovering “quickly” with several broken bones after a total of 14 hours of surgery.
