A Look at What Goes Into Growing a Head of Cauliflower

How Does it Grow host Nicole Cotroneo Jolly travels to Watsonville, California to discover the secrets behind growing a head of cauliflower. One of the most difficult aspects of the process is keeping the flowers of the plant white.
