Journalist Matthew O’Brien and San Francisco-based production company The Seeker Network investigated the flood channel tunnels below Las Vegas, Nevada where hundreds of homeless people seek shelter.
O’Brien’s organization Shine a Light has sought to help the underground population alongside the non-profit HELP of Southern Nevada.
