A Joyful Giant Panda Gleefully Rolls Around in the Snow at the Smithsonian Zoo in Washington D.C.

An absolutely adorable giant panda named Tian Tian, who lives at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute, had himself the time of his life, gleefully rolling around and trying to completely cover himself in the snow that dumped itself over Washington, D.C. and much of the east coast of the United States.

Male giant panda Tian Tian (tee-YEN tee-YEN) woke up this morning to a lot of snow, and he was pretty excited about it. Giant pandas have thick woolly coats that keep them warm in the snowy mountains of China

Wilma the bison also enjoyed a the snow, using her highly insulated head to plow her way through.

Wilma's head is the most insulated part of her body! And the hump on her back lets her use her head to plow through snow. #Blizzard2016
