A Gorgeous Cover of ‘Purple Rain’ Performed by Tom Jones and David Gilmour in 1992

During his 1992 “The Right Time” tour, singer Sir Tom Jones performed an absolutely beautiful version of the iconic Prince song “Purple Rain”. Jones was accompanied by David Gilmour, who played a gorgeously lush guitar solo that remained true to the song but was distinctly his own.

Here’s the iconic song performed by the late great Prince in 1985.
