Wisconsin Man Recaptures Guinness Record for Longest Whip Cracked With a 238-Inch Rope

On July 2016, professional whip cracker Adam Winrich won back the Guinness World Record for “Whip cracking – longest whip” with rope that was an astounding 238’3″ (79.4 yards or 72.63 meters). Winrich previously held this particular record in 2006, along with a number of other records he set throughout the years.

This is the 21st Guinness World Record I have set, this time for the longest whip ever cracked. The whip is 238 feet 3 inches, made mostly from manila rope. I also set this record back in 2006 at 216 ft.
