Please do your job the best you could, ignore those who try to destroy you with all those negative critics.

Congratulation to President-elect Barack Obama for becoming the 1st African-Americian to lead such a great nation, America and I am sure his presidency will affect the world.
Truly it is no coincidence that this auspicious event should take place with in the first year after the bi-centinary of slavery. The election of Mr Obama shows what can be achieved with determination,
preparation and change in ones mind set, to overcome adverse experiences. It is an overwheliming positive message to all my brothers and sisters of Africian decent to look up and not down to move forward and not stay stuck in the past. To no longer play the blame game and unleash the mental shackles. Martin Luthers dream has certainly become a reality.

How is it that we the taxpayers in Michigab had to bail the car industry out wth our money, yet at the union meeting we were told that the company has now outsourced the payroll department to India. Can this please be checked out. I thought that the bailout was to save jobs.

Mr President ,I am one of the masses out of work.But I believe that If you remove any and or all taxes from products made and sold for one year the money put back into the system would more than double.I believe this because If I made 10.00 an hour and brought home 400.00 a week, I could buy more of what I need because its cheeper.Look at the price of cigerettes in N.Y.S Some places are near 8.00 a pack.Even though Im a smoker dont look at it in a negitive way.If I would buy more for less thus generating the income for the people that sell them and the product producers themselves but also unions have a way of wanting more for the little they create for the United States…Have you noticed WE who create safe roads,Repair sewers,build houses and keep america moving like most of all like myself an ex OTR driver deliver everything consumed in america or what is in every americans home..Is from someone down the line till its bought and were the ones who need 100,000 dollar a year paychecks not someone who never got there hands dirty for the good of there fellow man.Ask the lobbiest next to you,when was the last time you flushed your toilet and never thought of the american plumber that got there hands dirty for your sanitation?I think its time government gives to the Real people of the great United States the ones who built it..and whom made it the greatest country on earth..the american worker whom is forgotten about but taxed to death and cant provide to give our children a pride within for a job well done.No instead all the blue collar redrect is “thats our government and thats all you get after all you done..”Sorry but thanks for sending my kids to harvard..

Mr. President;
It is clear now, the republicans including Sen McCain are going to stonewall you from here on in. You need to be tough and assertive. Within the house and senate republicans there are many who are still Bush republicans. Their goal from here on in is to see you fail. FDR went to the poeple when the republicans gave him a hard time. If you name those republicans who are standing in your way their constituents will let them know and get them to vote your way. Do not show them any more respect until they respect you first. You have shown them unprecidented respect and they have not appreciated it . They need to humbled. You are the duely elected President and they need to repect that .Especially at this urgent time of needed cooperation. God bless you and give you the wisdom to lead us out of this abyss.

Mr. President,
I’m a Quebecer and my English is far from perfect but still, I wanted to congratulate you in the name of all my friends and community members for this journey you had successfully made through the presidency of the United States. We feel proud of you as if you were one of us, because French Canadians had been considered as “white negers” in our country. Since the 60’s, we stood up and became a proud nation, with good economy and strong leadership in the cultural world. We are still struggle to protect our language and core values, but we do it with Peace in mind. No weapons, no violent manifestations, no aggression against other provinces, even if sometimes, other Canadians manifest their intolerance against us and our legitimate requests. In this way, I feel my nation very close to your community.

But we are not proud of your achievement just because you’re a black. We are happy because you represent good will and cooperation, responsibility and hope. Most of all, my friends and I wish to say big thanks to you. Thank you for the inspiration you give, the courage you showed to stand for what you strongly believe and for your humanity that in itself, makes the biggest difference of all. You had demonstrated that a single person can change the world. My own website is hosted under the name of “magie possible” which means that magic things can be done by those who commit themselves to become what they really are. You did so.

My friends and I not only wish that your presidency will be the great success everybody believes it could. I wish your message will reach the heart and the mind of good will people in this world and encourage them to make a difference in their small community.

I want to personally take a stand: to be one of those who will relay your words of inspiration to the people around me, inviting everyone to do the best they can to make this world peaceful and a better place to live. It is not new though. To be honest, I had always tried to do so, but so often, I looked like a strange hooky poky idealist. For 20 years now, I had given my time and energy in mental health associations and community services for suicide prevention and other issues for youth. In my professional (I work as a trainer and as a manager) and my private activities, I had tried to help people to work in cooperation, doing my best to solve conflicts with a consensual approach. For a long time, I had this strange feeling that I stand alone. Now, because of you, I know this action worth and I find the strength to go on with it.

My friends and I pray the Universal Source to protect you and your family and to blow all the roadblocks that will occur on your way in order to maintain your strength and confidence.
