‘Warde’, Giant Inflatable Red Flower Streetlights That Wilt and Bloom With the Movement of the Street

Israeli architects HQA, a creative shop known for their large scale creative designs, created “Warde“, an open air installation at Jerusalem’s Valero Square that features giant red flower streetlights that bloom and wilt in accordance with the sound and movement of the street. The installation debuted in November 2014 as a part of an urban revitalization plan.

A set of giant urban flowers installed in an open market square in the centre of Jerusalem, that bloom and react to the pedestrians and transportation in the public space.
