Virginia DMV Driver’s License Prank

by Scott Beale on March 2, 2007 · 2 comments

Last December Will Carsola and Dave Stewart, from the sketch comedy group DayByDay Productions, made public their “experiment” where they tried to see how ridiculous they could make themselves look for their driver’s license photo and still be re-issued driver’s licenses from the Virginia DMV.

Here’s their video documentation of this over-the-top series of pranks:

The the full length version of these videos are included in their film “Teenagers From Uranus”.

According to an article in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the Virgina DMV doesn’t think this prank is too funny and is working on changing their policies to prevent this from happening in the future. The DMV is also making them re-shoot their driver’s license photos.
