I arranged ahead of time with a local artist to paint a mural with the big question, which attracted so much attention that there was a TV crew waiting for us by the time I showed up. (This was back before they started requiring &quot;permits,&quot; in my view a ludicrous policy that defeats the entire purpose of a place where graffiti is allowed).
