Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for their upcoming biopic Steve Jobs (previously) starring Michael Fassbender as the late Apple cofounder Steve Jobs. The film was directed by Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, 127 Hours) and written by Aaron Sorkin (Sports Night, The Social Network). It focuses on Jobs’ life behind the scenes at three Apple product launch events through the 1998 release of the iMac. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 9, 2015.
