TuneTug’s iPad social jukebox app at CNN Grill

While dining at the CNN Grill at SxSW 2012, the Laughing Squid crew got to play with the iPad social jukebox app by TuneTug. It allowed us, right at the table, to “tug up” or “tug down” to vote on music for the entire restaurant and every table had the ability to do the same. TuneTug is a social DJ app that is also available to use on any “web capable mobile phone” and it integrates with your iTunes library and/or playlists through Spotify Premium. It also has a Projector View mode to show your party or event what is currently playing. According to TuneTug, the most voted up song at CNN Grill was Sabotage by Beastie Boys and the most voted down artist was Beyoncé.
