Created for the 48 Hour Film Project by Dutch studio Sjalot Ink, “Top Dog” is a short cutout animation about a dog fed up with the pace of its life. Required elements for the “inspirational” short film include a nurse named “Cornelia,” a lighter and the use of the line, “Life is like a bumper car.”
