Now that it’s been over a year, how do you feel about the blogger bag? I recently picked up a 17″ macbook pro, it’s my first laptop and I’m looking to get a really nice bag. It’s one of those purchases that I only want to make once. I’m a bit of a bag geek so that plays into it as well. What I have researched on my own leads me toward the bag. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

i purchased the timbuk2 blogger black/black from colorado baggage for $80. they then pricematched my $80. bag to powermax.com bag for $55.88. colorado baggage pricematched it 110%. i love this bag and it was time to upgrade from my manhatten portage messenger bag.

i’ve actually talked to the manager of the hayes valley store about at least getting one of each bag in the store. unfortunately she says the store was opened only as a high end specialty store and not really a show room. but i totally agree with you, not her. hey at least after enough cajoling the hayes valley store at least carries the full ine of accessories including the wallets and stuff. getting them to branch out that far took some serious convicing.
