“The Over And The Under” is a site specific video installation that was placed in a storefront in Harlem last October. The installation featured one screen displaying an underwater environment, and another displaying clouds—as pedestrians passed the installation they could see their reflections below the sea and above the clouds. The installation was created by Brooklyn-based artist Eric Corriel. Corriel says he spoke to quite a few residents during the installation’s two week run.
