The OA, An Eight Chapter Netflix Series About a Missing Blind Girl Who Returns With Her Sight Intact

The upcoming Netflix series The OA is a surreal eight chapter dramatic series that focuses on a blind girl named Prairie Johnson, who disappeared at a young age only to mysteriously reappear years later with her eyesight perfectly intact. The series was conceived Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, and developed by Netflix in partnership with Plan B Entertainment (12 Years a Slave) and Anonymous Content (Mr. Robot. All episodes of The OA will be available to stream on Friday, December 16, 2016.
