Charles Krafft

Here are some photos I shot on Saturday of the opening reception for “The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse” at the The Shooting Gallery in San Francisco. The show features Robert Williams, Eric Kroll, Winston Smith and Charles Krafft and runs through December 3rd.

This is a great opportunity to see Seattle artist Charles Krafft’s bizarre “Distasterware” series of porcelain sculptures of guns, hand grenades, nazi paraphernalia and smoking rabbits. For more on Charles Krafft, check out “Charles Krafft’s Villa Delirium”, a book on his work published by Last Gasp.
