Mountain Unicycling is an extreme outdoor sport consisting of athletes who balance, maneuver, and power over rough terrain on a unicycle. The Seeker Network recently released a short documentary, directed and edited by Jessica Sherry, that follows a group of individuals who talk about their unique backgrounds and explain why they love the “insane” sport so much.
Many people tend to associate unicycling with circus performers, but performing couldn’t be farther from what this group of mountain unicyclers are doing. Jack Olsen, Ross Bradley, Chad Ramberg, and Bryce Jacobson are in it purely for the sport. If you think mountain biking looks like a challenge, wait til you try riding over rocks, gravel, and fallen tree branches on only one tire. (read more)
