The Extreme Minuet, An Incredibly Fast Performance of a Mozart Minuet That Lasts Two Seconds

The Extreme Minuet

“The Extreme Minuet” is an incredibly fast and precise performance of one of Mozart‘s minuets created by 43 people tossing coins into carefully arranged beakers.

Each of the 43 performers had electrodes attached to their arms, so it’s possible the team used computer control similar to that demonstrated by neuroscientist Greg Gage in a TED Talk to precisely time the event.

The performance was arranged by PARTY Agency for the Suntory concentration drink Shuchu Regain.
