The Court of Source takes a look at the dark and cannibalistic origins of the Fox animated series Bob’s Burgers and how earlier work by creator Loren Bouchard helped shape what could have been a much different version of the show.
Bob’s Burgers has become a TV hit. It has spanned many seasons and stars a loveable family; Bob, Linda, Tina, Louise, and Gene. It was created by Loren Bouchard & Jim Dauterive. Bob is voiced by H Jon Benjamin.
There is a back story that most viewers don’t know about though… The show was supposed to turn out quite differently, in a very dark kind of way. In this episode we go into the dark roots of the show, and find out how the current version still pays homage to it. Enjoy.
