The 100 Meter Tower in Germany That Lets Scientists Test Zero Gravity Experiments on Earth

Tom Scott recently visited the Bremen Drop Tower at the University of Bremen in Germany, a 100-meter tall vacuum chamber that lets scientists test zero-gravity experiments on Earth as an alternative to sending experiments to the International Space Station or zero gravity plane flights.

Scott and his colleague Matt Gray also discussed their trip and some of the other aspects of what they learned at the tower in a behind-the-scenes video.
