Super-Con

Are you ready to get your comic book nerd on? Damn right you are, and do not even pretend that you don’t have one. Super-Con takes place May 16th and 17th at the San Jose Convention Center and this year’s line-up features Eduardo Risso (100 Bullets), Adam Hughes (Tomb Raider, Wonder Woman & Catwoman) and Frank Cho (Liberty Meadows).

Frank Cho

That monkey and this event is simply irresistible.

There is much, much more there besides those three. The voice actors from Full Metal Alchemist an art auction, tons of panels, and… of course… the cosplay contest. Finally, what comic convention would be complete without at least some Star Trek personnel. Ladies and gentlemen, we give you Marina Sirtis (a.k.a. Dianna Troy).

I went to this last year, and while i’m always psyched to go to these things and support them.
it was smaller than the APE and..wait for it…was
ONE DAY: $20
BOTH DAYS: $30
completely not worth the trip down south, parking, and entrance fee sad to say.
Check out their site and you’ll find that it is hard to find the price anywhere.
I feel bad for local San Josers with children . i wonder if they have a 20 min. pass?
