Street Artist Adds Whimsy to Street Signs With His Clever Custom Stickers

For the past four years, Italy-based street artist Anecleto “Clet” Abraham has been adding a bit of whimsy to street signs by subtly modifying them with his vinyl stickers. Abraham’s stickers often interact with the bold shapes found on street signs–“do not enter” and directional arrows are among Abraham’s favorite signs.

Abraham mostly works in Europe but ANIMAL recently documented him modifying signs in New York City.
