Steve Jobs and Bill Gates had a historic live discussion on stage yesterday at The Wall Street Journal’s D: All Things Digital (D5) conference in Carlsbad, CA. Ryan Block was on the scene providing excellent blow-by-blow coverage for Engadget. Steve and Bill were interviewed together by D hosts Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher. AllThingsD has a full coverage of the interview, including video.
