Yes, stencil style, Banksy style… but very nice! I’d easily buy the top one (shat-at) if available in size about 200×120cm.

The walker images actually look extremely like a band show poster my friend Casey Burns made in 2003. I’ve got printing #76/80 framed in my dining room.

This poster was also featured in the book “The Art of Modern Rock: The Rock Poster Explosion” and Casey’s posters are usually at Flatstock. I’d be really surprised if he wasn’t the inspiration for these.
