Fly You Will, Iron Man

Here are two stamps on SASE sent to us for Laughing Squid stickers requests. I must say, USPS stamps are pretty damn awesome these days, especially with the recent Star Wars and Marvel Comics commemorative series.

There were also DC Comics stamps in 2006. http://www.usps.com/history/anrpt05/stamps_001.htm

I’ve ordered the James Bond stamps from the UK’s Royal Mail. Design nuts will want to get the Eames stamps coming this summer. I’m waiting to order those as well.

You know, you could make your own stamps with the Laughing Squid logo here: http://www.usps.com/postagesolutions/customizedpostage.htm

That would be pretty awesome advertising. I make my own using some of my photographs as well. People always comment on them.

I know I’m biased in saying this, but I loved the Star Wars stamp campaign! Seeing the R2-D2 mailboxes everywhere was a trip!

We even did a R2-D2 Mailbox Papercraft!
