Sports Basement will be hosting the 'Potrero Hill Happy Hour,' a
fundraising event for the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House (aka the
NABE), which offers programs for youth from low-income families
living in Potrero Hill, Mission, Visitation Valley and Bay View
Hunters Point.

Everything in the store will be 10% off, with 5% of sales going
towards after school and youth programs at the NABE - free beer, soda
and snacks will be served.

The Happy Hour is part of a grassroots community campaign to close a
$100,000 funding gap caused by city budget cuts.

Raffle tickets benefiting the NABE will also be available for sale
with prizes including: an iPod Shuffle, an autographed baseball from
J.T. Snow (courtesy of the Giants Community Fund), and gift
certificates from 4 Star Video, Farley's, Yogasita and other fine
Potrero Hill Merchants.
