The Octopus In You, Who? - photo shoot

Who is the octopus in you? What relief from the identity you work to
project strength and softness will you gain when you put on a beet-
dyed, hand sewn octopus cape? Artist Jenny Zhang will direct you to
act, have fun and leave your everyday masks behind when you put her
costume art over your clothes and pose for a photo shoot. 3 other
curated costumes by local artists will also be available for ulterior
identity dexterity. Photographs will be part of the installation
which is part of the group exhibition "Dress: Clothing As Art," at
the Richmond Art Center until October 30th. Photo shoots are in the
public gallery space and under 30 minutes. Just bring yourself.
