Entangled Orbits: You Could Be Me is an experiment in originality.

The question was this, what if an artist made instructions for
another artist to make his or her work?
Would the piece made by following instructions be as interesting as
the original? Would it be better or worse? Would it be the same?

It started with three artists in three cities, each wrote
instructions for making a piece of their work. Instructions from San
Francisco went to Philadelphia, from Philadelphia to New York City
and from New York City to San Francisco.

Each artist, in each city recruited three others to follow the
instructions. The recruits ended up being artists whose backgrounds
ranged from architecture to musician to seaweed specialist.This is a
show of the
results. Some followed the instructions, some didn't.
