Tom Houck, Dr. King's driver and assistant during the Civil Rights
Movement, will speak in the Wiegand Gallery. Mr. Houck is currently
writing a book about his experiences in this key chapter of American
history.

From San Francisco: Heading South on 280, take the Ralston Ave exit
(Highway 92 toward San Mateo). Turn left on Ralston Ave and follow it
down the hill approximately two miles past the Carlmont Shopping
Ctr., (on your right) to the entrance of the University. The Entrance
is on your left. Turn Left onto the campus and make a sharp left
around the sign for the university. Proceed up the road, past the
mansion to a large stone building at the end of the road (the Madison
Art Center). Turn right around the building and you will be in the
parking lot of the Wiegand Gallery.

From 101: Heading south on 101, take the Ralston Ave exit.
Proceed east on Ralston approximately one and a half miles to the
entrance to the University on your right.
