Liminal Dance Theatre, Paradox Media, Rosin Coven, and Vau de Vire
Society present one night of unforgettable dance and live music
showcasing the work of Liminal and founder/lead-choreographer Maya
Culbertson-Lane. This show will feature three current pieces by
Liminal including the second-ever live performance of "The Flower in
The Forge: A Trilogy" with Rosin Coven, following it's musical and
dance premiere at the sold-out Dance Revue at the Great American
Music Hall.

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCES:

"Desserts Anonymous" choreography by Maya Culbertson-Lane. Well-
crafted characters personify delusional dessert-a-holics and a pill
dispensing drag queen dominatrix. This romp is a reverse and perverse
Willy Wonka "told you so..." that craves a ding-dong, then begs for
forgiveness.

"The Flower in the Forge: A Trilogy" choreography by Maya Culbertson-
Lane, music and lyrics by Carrie Katz & Rosin Coven, performed live
by Rosin Coven's full ensemble. Collaborators Katz and Culbertson,
both psychotherapists, use their considerable somatic insights to
produce an alchemy of movement and music in this group piece about
transformation to a deeper place of embodiment.

"Exultante Jubilante" choreography by Maya Culbertson-Lane, music by
Mozart. Pure delight in the movement inspired by a Mozart aria is
sent up in this trio work-in-progress.

Also featuring two duets by the avante-cabaret troupe Vau de Vire
Society, with haunting beauties performing fiery magic with tragic
endings.

Live music & theatre throughout the night by Rosin Coven.
