An exciting event is being held in the Fontaine Auditorium at
Samuel Merritt College in Oakland on Thursday, September 22 at 6:00
pm called:

CANCER IN SO MANY WORDS

A panel of local and national renowned authors including: Lori Hope,
Marc
Silver, Geralyn Lucas, and Dr. Jeff Kane will be reading from their
books as well as discussing the writing process and how it helped
them thrive during and after their cancer experiences.

An excerpt from Humoring the Tumor performed by Araceli Theatre with
Nicole Schapiro will kick off the evening.
