HIPHOP4CHANGE features renowned Bay Area hip-hop acts: The
Scojourners, Mint Rock, Big Shawn, and headliner Equipto. DJs Halo
and Chicken Scratch of Distortion2Static will keep the party going
with hot hip-hop dance tracks. Party-goers can also appreciate the
work of Bay Area artists on exhibit while they dance the night away.

Kamay at Puso, a grassroots non-profit organization, joins forces
with the Bay Area's hottest hip-hop acts, DJs, and artists to bring
you HIPHOP4CHANGE, a collaboration of creative and humanitarian
efforts to raise money and awareness for global change.

HIPHOP4CHANGE will raise money for the aid of children in the
Philippines who suffer from the effects of toxic waste pollution in
their water supply. These children from low-income families are
victims of conditions such as congenital heart disease, leukemia, and
cerebral palsy. The Pilipino American non-profit Kamay at Puso
provides much needed medical attention for these children and their
families, while spreading awareness in the US of their plight in the
Philippines.
