Photographer Bill Wadman captured this fantastic image of Cici James, musician and the proprietor of Singularity & Co in Brooklyn, who was made up in body paint by artist Adam DuShole to blend in with the books on a shelf in her store.
A couple of months ago I was shooting my friend Cici at her bookstore Singularity and Co and suggested that someday we try body painting her to blend in with a shelf of book. Luckily she said “I’d totally do that”, before I even finished explaining the idea.
