The Service must condemn the regrettable behavior of Cherry Blossom Festival officials who, in violation of international treaty, interfered with the Easter Bunny's diplomatic visit to the event. The Office of the Santa and the Principality of the Sacred Rabbit of Easter await formal apologies from festival organizers and the Emperor of Japan for this disgraceful incident.
