Because running water and expensive electronic goods go hand in hand, a new wacky product that looks like a faucet that just won’t turn off from Japan is meant to hold up your handhelds in the liquid’s spilt ripples. Japanese studio nendo designed these polycarbonate Jaguchi (which means ‘faucet’ or ‘tap’) smartphone and computer tablet stands for Japanese electronics company, elecom. The smartphone version comes in four colors: clear, blue, black and milky white. The tablet version comes in clear and blue.
Furthermore, this unique design is especially enjoyable when not in use. When placed on a table, the stand creates the unreal scene of a faucet floating in the air. When placed, for example, against a wall or PC, it looks as though water is flowing out of the wall or PC.
