CTV News is reporting that Rudolph The Red-Nosed was arrested during the Vancouver Santacon last Saturday, December 15th. Prancing is not a crime!

First rule of avoiding arrest: DON’T poke officers with sticks and DON’T tempt them by saying “You can’t arrest me!”
