Billy by allowing him to stay at his home while he's in town, via their connection through mutual friend John Law. This campaign has been a gem, you get to see that the "hipsters" of the underground scene are as corrupt an old-boy network as any you'll find, with all sorts of backroom favors and connections that nobody discloses publicly. Next up: Why is Pirate Cat Radio promoting Chicken John so strongly, and, what's that shiny new antenna on his roof?
