Restoring Animal Dioramas at the American Museum of Natural History

The American Museum of Natural History in New York City has released a series of videos to highlight the ongoing restoration process of the permanent exhibition, “The Hall of North American Mammals.” Since the exhibition opened in 1942, the taxidermy animal dioramas have been sealed behind glass and very rarely opened. The exhibition is scheduled to reopen this month.
