‘Pride of the Jaguar’, A Documentary Short About A Man Who Has Spent 22 Years Restoring a 1957 Jaguar Mark 1

“Pride of the Jaguar” is a documentary short by Los Angeles based commercial director Paul Cuoco, based on an interview with his father-in-law Jim Jones, who has spent 22 years restoring a 1957 Jaguar Mark 1.

Jim had been working on that car for as long as I’ve known him. He’s an interesting, articulate guy, and I knew from the serendipitous stories that I’d heard about the car and his scavenging for parts that this would be an interesting story to tell.

The six-minute long piece follows the car’s story from rusty scrap to road-ready.
