Pop Pop, An Interactive Pedestrian Signal Concept

Pop Pop is an interactive pedestrian signal that reacts to local inputs including traffic, weather, and the behavior of nearby pedestrians. The signal features two displays, one of which depicts emotions with a digital face while the other displays messages to pedestrians. Pop Pop was created by New York University Interactive Telecommunications Program masters students Alexandra Coym, Sam Slover, and Steve Cordova.
