Polish Photographer Bravely Crawls Through Thick Coastal Mud to Save a Dying White Tailed Eagle

Krzysztof Chomicz, a compassionate wildlife photographer bravely risked his own life to crawl through deep coastal mud in attempt to rescue a dying white-tailed eagle who had gotten stuck when the tide washed out near the Polish seaside town of Swinoujscie. Drone footage and news cameras captured amazing footage of the rescue, the bird’s subsequent care, and of a proud Chomicz releasing the bird back into the wild.
