Good explanation. Common craft videos are great. I would have added one more thing to the list of things that make Podcasting different: communication. Most podcasters take the time to communicate with their audience. They have message boards and answer their email. They often even answer questions through the podcast. That’s a radical change from old media. In the example, Jason might have emailed the Tokyo podcasters and heard his email mentioned on the next show.
