After meeting a mysteriously cool stranger, Pee-wee Herman (Paul Reubens) leaves the safety of the idyllic town of Fairville for an adventure by land, air, and sea in the first full-length trailer for Pee-wee’s Big Holiday.
The film was written by Reubens with Paul Rust (Comedy Bang! Bang!, Arrested Development), produced by Judd Apatow (Funny People, Bridesmaids), and is the feature film debut for director John Lee (Broad City, Inside Amy Schumer).
Pee-wee’s Big Holiday is premiering at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival and will be released on Netflix on March 18, 2016.
