‘Pacific Rim: Jaeger Pilot’, A Simulation of Piloting a Giant Robot for the Oculus Rift Virtual Reality Headset

Pacific Rim: Jaeger Pilot is a virtual reality simulation created by Oculus VR, and developed by creative studio Reel FX, that puts users in the pilot seat of a “Jaeger” robot from the Pacific Rim film in order to fight a “Kaiju” using the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. Specifically, the simulation pits Gipsy Danger against Knifehead. The simulation is currently on the floor at San Diego Comic-Con 2014.
